1. Participants will have the opportunity to choose a package on their Entry Pro Forma.
2. Participants must adhere to the set Closing Dates. The Closing Date for Early Birds is 20 January 2024 for all sections as well as all Provinces.
3. Participation Schedules will be done according to the 2 Entry Fee Packages.
4. Participants are NOT entered on our side without the requested Proof of Payment for entries submitted.
5. Please familiarize yourselves with our Regulations as well. No money (Ticket Money) is refundable.
